David G. Bandré made a name for himself as a young lawyer in 2008 by receiving the award for being one of Missouri’s Top Lawyers Under 40. The Illinois native earned this award due to his distinctive talent for the practice of trial law. He is also licensed to practice in multiple court systems, including the U.S. Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit and the Western District of Missouri. His main fields of practice are in civil litigation, estate planning, insurance defense, family law, immigration and corporate/business law.
Daniel E. Hunt graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia School of Law in 1997 after he had completed his undergraduate there as well. His previous experience includes being the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Holts Summit, Mo. His dedication to justice and the truth in a court setting is unwavering as he has provided representation for criminal defendants in several challenging cases throughout Missouri. He has experience in trying cases such as first degree murder, felony drug trafficking and possession cases. Hunt has also written and successfully argued cases for the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Thomas B. Snider received both his undergraduate and law school diploma from the University of Missouri. After passing the Missouri Bar Examination in 2000, he became qualified to practice before the United States Federal District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Snider received the honor of being admitted into the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy in 2002 for his remarkable successes in handling complex cases throughout his career. The University of Missouri graduate gave back to his alma mater by becoming a professor in estate planning. He has extensive experience in trying a wide array of legal cases. His no-nonsense approach to resolving legal issues is what makes his practice so successful.
Kellie R. Bertels has been a member of the Bandré, Hunt & Snider Law Firm since 2006 after receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law. She also has been inducted into several prestigious organizations including the Missouri Bar Association, Cole County Bar Association and The National Association of Professional Women. In 2015, the News Tribune JCMO Choice Awards selected her as the first place attorney and the following year she was named as the Top Attorneys in North America by the Who’s Who Directories. She specifically focuses her legal expertise in family law, personal injury, traffic law, and estate planning. Bertels has an aggressive yet tactical energy in the courtroom which has won her many cases, especially in family law and winning custody battles.
Nathan C. Day is one of the newest additions to the Bandré, Hunt & Snider Law Firm. As a recent graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, he passed his Missouri Bar examination in 2017. Bandré, Hunt & Snider is excited to watch Day grow in his career moving forward.
