David Bandre was born in DeKalb, Illinois in 1970. He graduated high school in 1988 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in both Psychology and Business from Baker University graduating cum laude in 1992. Following graduation from Baker University, David attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 1995. David was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1995 and became a certified mediator in 2006. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, U.S District Court, and the Western District of Missouri.
David is a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law, Powers of Government and the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award in 2004, which is awarded to the top three young trial lawyers in Missouri. David was also named as one of Missouri’s Top 40 Lawyers Under Age 40 in 2008, which is an invitation only, professional organization comprised of America’s top young trial attorneys who demonstrate skill and potential that set them apart from other young lawyers. He has served as City Attorney in Holts Summit, Ashland, Meta and Wardsville, Missouri. He has litigated cases in over 50 counties across Missouri. David practices primarily in the fields of civil litigation, estate planning, insurance defense, family law, immigration and corporate/business law. David is well versed in many areas of the law and has gained unique experience working for and with numerous municipalities in mid-Missouri that distinguishes him from other Missouri corporate/business lawyers.
