Emily was born in Canton, Missouri in 1983. She graduated high school from Jefferson City High School in 2001 before attending Columbia College where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Emily then graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri in 2007.
Emily was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri. Emily joined the law firm of Bandré Hunt Snider, L.L.C. as an associate member in May of 2008. Emily practices primarily in the areas of criminal and civil litigation. Emily is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Cole County Bar Association and she devotes 100% of her time to court room litigation.
She has zealously represented clients all across mid-Missouri in the areas of juvenile law, family law, adoption and criminal defense – including traffic, misdemeanor, felony and federal cases. In addition to her work in criminal defense and family law litigation, Emily is also well known for her success in representing clients harmed by others, including automobile and personal injury cases. Emily is diligent and respective of her client’s needs for an immediate response to their questions and solution to their problems.
